The manufacturer of the device should provide any required drivers for it. MS/Windows can and do supply some drivers, but you are always better off getting the latest supported device drivers for your hardware, also for your specific OS ( W7/W8/W10, 32/64 bit etc ), from the manufacturer of the device, not Microsoft.
