The current release of FreePBX should do that by default, I just haven't messed with it in a long time so forgot about it. Mar 26, 2014 I've got an office that is now hosting their own email (instead of us hosting it for them). Since they made the change, they haven't been receiving any of the voicemail-to-email emails. Just started at a company that has been using FreePBX for the last couple of months. They have had many issues with it, but the latest update may have alleviated most of them. Now I am trying to get our voicemails to go through emails to our users. Compared to other systems I've used(Cisco, Avaya, ShoreTel) this is not an easy thing to do. Anybody get this working?
As a side note, I don't think I would ever choose to install this type of system, it was here before me.
